Time of refund
All successful requests for refund or order cancellation will see the refund process initiated within 3 days. The refund process is different for each payment method used.
If you paid using
- Credit / Debit Card
- Payment will be released back to the card you used to make payment. This process will take 7-10 working days depending on the card-issuing bank
- PayNow
- Payment will be returned directly to your bank account.
